Kari Campbell MSN, RN, CRNI, VA-BC
Kari Campbell, MSN, RN, CRNI, VA-BC, is the founder and CEO of EPICC Vascular of Eastern Washington and a highly experienced vascular access specialist. She is certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) and Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC), and is an active member of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) and the Association for Vascular Access (AVA).
Kari has built long-standing partnerships with healthcare facilities across Eastern Washington, providing reliable mobile vascular access services and clinical support. Through EPICC, she is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care that improves efficiency, reduces delays, and supports healthcare teams.

Athena Blevins BSN, RN
Athena Blevins, BSN, RN, is a Registered Nurse and vascular access specialist with a strong clinical background in critical care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and has developed advanced clinical skills through her experience in ICU settings, where she cared for patients with complex medical needs.
Athena specializes in vascular access procedures, including PICC line placement and ultrasound-guided IV insertion. She is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care with a focus on vein preservation and improving patient outcomes.

Cray Campbell
Cray Campbell is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of EPICC Vascular of Eastern Washington. He oversees operations, vendor relationships, and supply management to ensure the organization runs efficiently and that the clinical team has the resources needed to deliver reliable vascular access services.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Cray brings a strong foundation of leadership, organization, and accountability to his role. His operational support helps maintain consistency behind the scenes, allowing EPICC’s clinicians to focus on providing high-quality care to healthcare facilities across the region.
